Explora, Coaching and Consulting is the dream and passion of Owner/Director, Principal Coach and Facilitator, Lina Di Prisa. Lina is based in Melbourne, Australia.
Since it's inception in 2011 Explora, Coaching and Consulting has specialised in professional coaching for individuals and teams in the areas of personal coaching, team coaching, career coaching, executive coaching, clarity and focus, goal setting and attainment. Explora, Coaching and Consulting has worked with a range of businesses and individuals, people just like you.

About Lina Di Prisa
Lina is a professional coach trained by Results Coaching Systems (NeuroLeadership Group) and a member of the International Coach Federation. She has a background in Human Resource Management and has worked as an HR Business Partner both in Australia and in the UK. During this time Lina worked closely with senior executives and leaders to achieve organizational change, leadership development and business performance.
Lina’s goal, through coaching, is to assist people and organisations define their excellence. She is committed to working with her clients to assist them in knowing their purpose, seeing their vision, and stretching beyond, to achieve excellence both personally and professionally. Lina’s passion is working and connecting with people, both individually and with teams, seeing them grow and develop into inspiring individuals who achieve success.
Through first-hand experience Lina has seen the benefits and impact coaching can have at both an individual and organisational level, it really is amazing. Lina’s coaching style is built on her genuine care for people and organisations, which aligns well with her human resources background. She also has first-hand experience juggling the many balls life throws us.
Having experienced career changes herself she understands that many people can be unsure of their personal and career paths. Lina’s career spans 30 years in total, working in professional services organisations, legal, insurance, banking and financial services sectors. Lina has worked with people at all levels of the organisation and has worked in partnership with senior executives and stakeholders to shape and align people management strategies across the entire employment life cycle. Early in Lina’s career she started to see the importance of leadership, people development and decided human resource management was her passion. While working full-time she obtained a degree in Human Resource Management and her learning journey has continued culminating in professional coaching training. Lina strongly believes life is about continual learning, growth and development.
About the logo
Simplicity, clarity, direction, achievement and the many paths our lives can take us, is what our logo is about. It is said the word ‘orange’ cannot be rhymed with anything else – to Explora that represents the individuality and uniqueness of each person, each business. The colour orange represents enthusiasm, fascination, happiness, creativity, determination, attraction, success, encouragement and stimulation. It’s about liveliness, zest and energy. The amber (orange) light on a traffic light symbolizes that you should get ready. In this sense, orange can represent preparing, getting ready to move forward, move ahead. Orange increases oxygen supply to the brain, produces an invigorating effect and stimulates mental activity. Orange is the colour of autumn and harvest. Orange is symbolic of strength and endurance.
